Christmas Craft Fair

The 2019 Fair was such a success!! Partial proceeds are going to our chosen charity for this year.
Stay tuned for next year! Our Fair will be held in both halls of the Cloverdale Fairgrounds and will contain many new activities and maybe even an early visit by Santa's Helpers. Possibly will include a "Kid Entrepreneur Crafter" area and you can mail your letter to Santa!! He may even write back!
As with every year, we give back to our chosen charity and chosen fundraisers.

HOW A VENDOR IS CHOSEN FOR AN EVENT:
1. We notify the previous vendors of the event that applications are open. They get 48 hours to apply and pay their deposit.
2. We then notify those on the Vendor Interest List (or waiting list) and they have 48 hours to apply and pay deposit.
3. After one week, we start advertising for vendors.
NO ONE IS COMPLETELY CONFIRMED UNTIL ALL FEES ARE PAID (FULL FEE) If you have not paid your fees you may lose your spot without warning.
Previous Vendor applies to that particular event only. Ex. If you were a previous vendor at the craft fair but not the sip and shop, you would only be notified first for the next craft fair, not sip and shop. (in most cases).
We try to book our local Cloverdale makers, but to keep it fair, we do first come first serve.
Note: If you no show at any of our events, you will no longer be booked at any of our events.
INTERESTED IN BEING A VENDOR AT OUR NEXT EVENT? If you have been a previous vendor, we already have you on a list... If you are new to us and are interested, please watch our facebook page.
After going through customer feedback from both the sip and shop and the craft fair, we will be looking for more unique items and a more diverse selection. We will be limiting the number of "like vendors" even more. We will be adjudicating your applications more closely and being a previous vendor will not mean you have a spot for sure even if you are first to apply. It will be more important than ever to adhere to deadlines for payment. WE WILL NO LONGER chase you for payment. You will simply lose your spot.
